AlphaStar - HighLight is one plug-in module from AlphaStar bundle. This plug-in should create dynamical highlights, blinks and stars on raster sources. The places where highlights are placed depends on intensity and colours of initial video. This filter lets to your video to play and glisten during playback. You can easily add a sun blinks on water ripples or shining radiance on diamond edges and much many other things.
